Harry and Tash’s home on The Block was recently tipped to outsell the rest ahead of Saturday’s auction.
But property expert Frank Valentic believes Luke and Jasmin’s Federation-style abode could surpass it and instead be the frontrunner as ‘there’s a really good style about it’.
‘The overall feel is neutral, light and bright and there’s a really good style about it,’ he told realestate.com.au on Wednesday.

Frank added 100 potential buyers had already been through to inspect it at 360B New Street in Brighton, Victoria.
‘Demand for family homes is strong in bayside suburbs at the moment and they are of limited supply,’ he told the publication.
The interest is positive for the hit renovation show, which will air the five homes going under the hammer on Sunday’s finale episode.
Competing buyers’ advocate Nicole Jacobs admitted Jimmy and Tam’s Palm Springs-Style home at 360A New Street was her personal favourite – despite Harry and Tash’s attracting the most amount of attention.
