Untouched Palm Beach hideaway hits the market with $9.9m hopes

Carramar, an untouched landholding more than double the size of some of Palm Beach’s most exclusive estates, has hit the market for the first time since the 1970s.

And with a price guide of $9.9 million, private buyers and developers are expected to be lining up.

Carramar is the largest private estate on the Palm Beach peninsula.
