About 800,000 Chinese people or 60 per cent of those worth more than US$1.5 million will be investing overseas, largely because of the depreciation of the country’s currency, the yuan.

Australia was the fourth most popular country, trailing the U.S., UK and Canada, a survey by Shanghai-based the Hurun Report found.
