A high-end London property developer has turned to TikTok to flog a £1.1million apartment to wealthy Gen Z and millennial users.
The two-bedroom property in Battersea, south London, boasts amenities including a designer kitchen, state-of-the-art technology and access to a residents’ garden and private gym.
Alongside traditional marketing methods, developer Avaton teamed up with UK-based TikTok property expert Toby Albert-Corban, whose account @londonrealestate boasts more than 140,000 followers, to share two videos of the flat with young, affluent buyers.
The first clip showcases the sleek entrance lobby; the second is a slickly-produced tour of the apartment, taking in the views, vibrant interiors and facilities.
Each lasts less than 90 seconds, which Mr Albert-Corban insists is far more appealing than the longer virtual tours traditionally offered by estate agents.
