Located on Hughes Avenue, Main Beach, the penthouse is on the market and taking offers over $7 million, realestate.com.au reports.

One of the location’s most infamous guests is Paris Hilton, who attended a star-studded party hosted by the apartment’s entrepreneur owner Wayne Sharpe there.

The property was bought by businessman Mr Sharpe for $2 million in 1998, and has been described as a perfect ‘party penthouse’.
