Mirvac Queensland residential general manager Warwick Bible said a growing number of purchasers at their Gainsborough Greens masterplanned community in Pimpama, were reporting the use of social media as a decision making tool.


Social media is becoming the platform of choice for land estate buyers to research communities before buying in.
