HOUSE hunters looking for city-fringe properties under $500,000 have made Hilton the fastest selling suburb in the state.
Properties in the inner-west suburb had the shortest time on market in the past 12 months, selling on average within 29 days of being listed, CoreLogic RP Data shows.
