Residents plea to Gold Coast City councillors over Iluka development as tallest tower plan looks to be approved

  • RESIDENTS about to be dwarfed by the Gold Coast’s tallest tower have written to council warning the development is in conflict with the City Plan.

Councillors will today decide whether to approve the 89-storey Spirit building, on the old Iluka site in Surfers Paradise, after council bureaucrats gave the project the green light.
