Jerry Seinfeld has listed his sprawling Telluride, Colorado mountain retreat, 10 years after his first attempt to offload the property. The 66-year-old actor and his wife Jessica Seinfeld are asking for $14.95 million for the 12,300 sq ft ranch-style property that sits on 27-acres and has 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and two half baths. Additionally, Jerry and Jessica have listed a four-bedroom guest house, which sits on a separate 17-acre parcel, for $2.775 million.
Jerry and Jessica have frequently stayed at the home, which is 10 minutes away from Telluride Ski Resort, with their kids Sascha, 20, Julian, 18, and Shepherd, 15, over the years. Now that their children are older and the real estate market in Colorado is hot, the couple have decided it’s the right time to sell the vacation home. Listing agent Bill Fandel of Compass revealed he already has viewings lined up as he told: ‘Recognizing the strong demand for properties, they felt this was a good time,’
