It may look like a run of the mill warehouse, but this industrial building holds a VERY saucy secret

  • The 1400 square metre property is in Crestmead, a popular family suburb in Brisbane’s Logan City District
  • Also happens to be the site of Queensland’s first legal brothel, Club 26. It has been labelled a ‘pleasure house’
  • For the first time in two decades, it is officially open to interested buyers, being sold as a ‘going concern’

Queensland’s first legal brothel, better known to its regular clients as Club 26, is open to buyers for the first time in two decades.

It is being sold as a ‘going concern’, which will see the eventual buyer the proud owner of the warehouse on site as well as the highly profitable brothel.

The 1400 square metre property is available for $900,000, with the actual brothel 450 square metres.

Among its many enviable features are hot pink walls, a reception and five ‘luxury’ bedrooms.

Ray White real estate agents Jamie Davey and Lauren Mackay told Realestate.com.au that the warehouse site, which is close to the Logan motorway and major arterial roads, was an ‘excellent investment opportunity’.

‘Club 26 is a long-term tenant with a well-established business and is currently on a five-year lease with a further five-year option,’ Mr Davey said.

On its website, Club 26 encourages clients and guests to ‘find the satisfaction you require at one of Queensland’s top-rated brothel and pleasure houses.’

Figures from CoreLogic show Crestmead, the suburb where the warehouse is situated, has an average annual growth rate of 0.45 per cent.
