Young Aussie woman explains how she managed to buy a home at just 23

Her deposit was partially raised by working at her family’s lolly shop Lagoon Confectionary – her great-grandfather invented the iconic Sherbert Bombs – and by renting out her 300 designer gowns on dress sharing website The Volte and her Instagram page Rent My Dress Aus.

‘I’ve made $140k a year from renting out my dresses. I’ve made $80k on The Volte and another $60k through my hiring Instagram,’ she told Daily Mail Australia.

‘I managed to put down a $66,000 deposit on a two-bedroom and two-bathroom townhouse. It’s currently being built and I’m just about to move in.’
