The high-profile McGrath Estate Agents network has terminated its franchise agreements south of Sydney, with its three Illawarra offices in Wollongong, Shellharbour and Thirroul to close on October 23.
McGrath’s head of the franchise network, Christopher Mourd, said the closure was due to a dispute.
“This is an unfortunate situation between two partners of a McGrath franchise, resulting in a dispute between the two franchisees. While we have tried to help resolve the issue and have encouraged mediation, we now have no choice but to terminate the franchise agreements.”
