Professional gambler and art collector David Walsh has made a welcome return to Sydney’s housing market, paying about $7.5 million for a free-standing Federation house in Darling Point.
The Hobart-based owner of the ground-breaking Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) exchanged on the parkside residence in February, soon after he scored an Australia Day gong for his contribution to Australia’s arts.
