Crocodile Dundee mansion hits the Gold Coast real estate market

A LUXURY waterfront pad that featured in Crocodile Dundee is going on the market.

One-time Rolls-Royce and Bentley car dealer David Baird and wife, Marion, are selling the Cronin Island giant, named Summer House, to downsize.

The 2000sq m metre house — believed to be the Gold Coast’s biggest residence — was built 26 years ago for Shuji Yokoyama, the president of Daikyo, the Japanese company behind the Gold Coast International Hotel (today the QT) and the Palm Meadows golf course.
