The latest CoreLogic Hedonic home values index shows house prices fell 1.1%, nationally, in May. The decline was largely driven by Sydney and Melbourne – where values fell 1.3% and 1.7% respectively. But CoreLogic’s Director of Research, Tim Lawless, isn’t ready to call the peak and won’t rule out a rebound in June. Owners Advisory met with him to find out why.
