Campos Coffee founder sets property record

Will Young and his wife Louise founded their famous Campos Coffee company in 2002.

And now the couple have set a property record, after selling their home in the Sydney suburb of Dulwich Hill for $3.7million, according to realestate.com.

The home, built in 1895, features Victorian façade including spacious porch with decorative tiles.

It also has a decorative trim under the awning, ornamental mason block corners and a bay window.

Inside are five generously sized bedrooms – including the master room which has its own ensuite and walk-in-robe.

The polished floored hallway leads down to the foyer, with one door leading to the common bathroom, the other door to the master and the third leading to the rear modern extension.
