Britney Spears has just listed her former mansion in the affluent community of Thousand Oaks, California for sale at $8.995 million ($AUD11.83 million).
For a global superstar who is reportedly worth $185 million ($AUD243 million), and has sold more than 100 million albums, that’s just chicken feed.
It’s an impressive return considering the songstress bought the property just three years ago for $6.7 million ($AUD8.87 million).
According to online listing site, Realtor.com, the single-story Spanish hacienda-style mansion was built in 2010 and has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two offices, a cinema, games room and plenty of other spacious rooms to rattle around in.
