The East Melbourne home is located across the road from Yarra Park, and is walking distance to Fitzroy and Treasury Gardens.

It was listed with a $3million to $3.5million price guide, and sold to a local buyer on September 23.

Kay & Burton’s real estate agent Monique Depierre would not comment on the price or buyer, but insisted ‘all parties were happy’, according to the Herald Sun.

‘The moment we were able to open the property we basically sold it after our first range of inspections,’ she said.

Swann was appointed CEO of the Brisbane Lions Football Club in July 2014.
