A lavish three-storey mansion overlooking the ocean in one of Sydney’s swankiest suburbs has sold for over $20million – and it’s not hard to see why.

The waterfront trophy home on a leafy street in Mosman‘s exclusive ‘Golden Triangle’ has a sparkling infinity pool, sprawling open plan living spaces and its own private beach.

Originally designed by renowned Australian architect Susan Rothwell, the landmark house has undergone extensive renovations since it was bought by KPMG special adviser Max Donnelly and his wife Fiona in 2004.
