DeSantis, aged 24, has been passionate about dancing since the tender age of 2, as she shared with Insider. Her journey in dance involved competitive endeavors throughout her teenage years, and she also contributed her skills to the University of South Carolina’s dance team, where she performed at various sporting events.

Upon her graduation in 2020, DeSantis harbored a strong desire to continue her dancing pursuits. This led her to set her sights on joining a professional sports team’s cheerleading squad, whether it was in the NBA or NFL. Ultimately, she auditioned for the Atlanta Falcons and secured a spot, prompting her to make the move to Atlanta.
Shortly after relocating to Atlanta, DeSantis began working at Century 21, a position she still holds today as a realtor. Managing her dual roles keeps her thoroughly occupied, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when she has cheerleading practice after her day job. DeSantis graciously walked Insider through the typical daily routine that keeps her busy from the moment she wakes up early in the morning.

“I have a packed schedule throughout the day,” DeSantis remarked, emphasizing her early start. Typically, her day kicks off with a visit to the gym, even on practice days. Following her workout, she diligently prepares for the day ahead, assembling her practice attire and meals for the remainder of the day.
“Meal preparation is a crucial part of my routine,” she revealed, mentioning that she consistently packs her lunch and dinner. She also ensures she has all her essentials for practice and the entire day, given that she usually doesn’t return home until around 10 p.m.
Remarkably, DeSantis abstains from coffee, relying solely on her innate energy to power through her busy days. By 8:30 a.m., she is ready to head out. “We have a morning practice session every day at my brokerage,” DeSantis shared with Insider. “It’s open to newer agents and more experienced ones—basically, anyone who wants to attend.”
These practice sessions typically run for about 30 minutes, serving as a valuable opportunity for DeSantis to refine her sales skills. Subsequently, the rest of her morning is dedicated to activities such as cold-calling potential clients and participating in networking events.
In the afternoons, DeSantis focuses on showing houses to prospective buyers and working closely with her existing clients in her real estate role.
